Terms of Service
Effective date: October 19, 2026
These terms apply to the Nextis Calendar Chrome extension (listed in the Chrome Web Store as “Nextis”, “the extension”). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The extension shows your next Google Calendar or Apple (iCloud) Calendar event on Chrome's new tab page and on the Google homepage, and provides a Google search box and shortcuts on the new tab page. It is provided free of charge.
2. Your accounts
- You connect your own Google and/or Apple accounts. You are responsible for keeping those accounts and your Apple app-specific password secure.
- Your use of Google Calendar and Apple iCloud is also governed by Google's and Apple's own terms.
- How the extension handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the extension in a way that violates any law or the terms of Google, Apple, or the Chrome Web Store, or that attempts to interfere with those services.
4. No warranty
The extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Calendar data may be delayed or incomplete (for example, events are refreshed periodically and all-day or declined events are not shown). Do not rely on the extension as your only reminder for important events.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events or lost data, arising from use of the extension.
6. Changes and termination
The developer may update, change, or discontinue the extension at any time. You can stop using it at any time by disconnecting your calendars and uninstalling it. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
